Meeting Notices

Filing your meeting notice online is a fast and efficient way to make your meeting information available to the Public. In order to avoid the need for future amendments, we recommend that you do not file your notices more than six months in advance of the meeting.

Your meeting notice needs to be approved and listed online in the meeting notice database for 5 business days to be compliant with the Open Governmental Proceedings Act. To calculate a compliant date, count the day you submit the notice as day 1, if you submitted it during regular office hours. The day of the meeting, weekends and holidays do not count.

All meeting notices will be retained and will be searchable for ten years.
